Where's the Leslie switch click?
« on: December 09, 2019, 07:48:43 pm »
I'm poking around in advanced settings looking to turn up the click sound of the Leslie rocker switch, which is in B-3 V, and … I'm finding nothing. It's not even mentioned in the manual!

Did Arturia leave this out? ???

Yes it has been removed in B3 V2. I don't know why the adjustable rotary switch click parameter has bee removed, as it originally in the first B3 V was a permanent click sound, that we lucklily got changed to a adjustable click sound.
I don't know if the removal is a mistake.
I guess one can argue for and against noise sounds like this, and about noise from foots, hands and fingers on the manuals and so on.

It was a nice touch. People who use B-3 V and don't like it can always turn it off, but it's not possible to turn on if it doesn't exist.

Applied Acoustics has broken some of my old patches for their instruments by removing certain features. I didn't expect Arturia to pull that kind of nonsense.

I like things like this as options too.
As said, then i don't know if Arturia have decided to remove this, or it's gone by mistake.
