[SOLVED] Can't seem to SAVE a preset.
« on: November 22, 2019, 03:09:35 am »
My save button is lit, but pressing it does nothing.  I am trying to write a patch but it is not letting me.  Any ideas?  Patch memory is not locked with that toggle switch. Ive tried the obvious such as rebooting the unit, disconnecting USB just in case...

Hi Aimbit,

To save a patch you need to be in ‘preset’ mode on the matrix.

To save you press (and keep hold of) save and then the position on the matrix you want the patch to be saved at.

Hope this makes sense and helps!

Hey Jimger,

I am already in preset mode. I am fairly certain these do not need to be pressed at the same time, I never recall doing that in the past and have saved plenty of presets.  I will give it a shot though.  It just seems that my SAVE button is not functioning correctly. Pressing it does not seem to enter "save mode".  Maybe I can run a firmware update or something.

Apparently I am an idiot.  You have to hold the save button down, then press a patch. I was just pressing save then pressing a patch.

thanks
