pitch bend strip randomly triggering itself
« on: October 14, 2019, 09:39:58 pm »
Salutations freaks. Got mine a couple days ago, updated the firmware but this keeps happening to me. Highest C key randomly triggers the pitch bend strip, specially when pressing with a lot of skin, glitching the f out of the sound. Any ideas?

Will try linking to a video I uploaded on fb to show what I mean. Tried plugging it into the wall outlet directly, to a power strip, and a stabilizer as well. Tried powering through USB as well, it keeps happening.

Hello.

Such problems are usually caused by ground issues.

Are you properly grounded? Is the issue happening in another room or another location?

Capacitive devices are very sensitive to the ground and the differences of potential.
Being barefoot can definitely change the balance between your potential and the synth potential.
So yeah this is possible.
