Hi all,

Bit of a newbie here on synths, but here goes:

Have any of you attempted to emulate Billy Payne's Oberheim Patch from Little Feat's "Waiting for Columbus" live album on the SEM V2?

I'm trying to figure out how he has one hand on the wurlitzer, the other hand on the SEM (I think it's a 4-voice, but could be 6) and all this really great expressive filtering and brilliance going on and how to emulate that. I heard he may have used a CV pedal to do this, but that's a guess on my part.

Here's the sound during the slow part of his solo on tripe face boogie:

And during this great section when things get going:

Any help or screencaps would be greatly appreciated!
