Author Topic: CAN'T REGISTER PRODUCT - WEBPAGE ERROR - PRODUCT SELECTION NOT FOUND  (Read 2035 times)

Hi, I bought last week a minilab mk2 brand new  from Arturia's dealer in Peru. I've been trying to register with serial number and unlock code provided but keep receiving an error message because I didn't complete all the information, however, there's no place in the registration page to enter more information.
I attach the pictures from the registration page and the error I receive. In the manual it appears an image of the registration page where I should be able to select the product to register, however, that field does not appear in the online page.
Arturia's support is not answering my support requests since Wednesday.
I attach a picture with the online arturia page and the error message.

PLS HELP!!!

I decided to search the forums for my problem. I found it here. Exact same thing is happening to me. The original was posted in 2019 and it's now 2021 and the problem still exists! Wow, no solution provided by Arturia at all! Terrible.
