Persistent high pitched sound (2nd Rackbrute 6U
« on: February 10, 2019, 09:19:08 pm »
Hello,

As described by the other two forum members I have this persistent high pitch sound in my rackbrute 6U.

I can definitively say it is the power brick creating the noise. This is my 2nd Rackbrute 6U. The first case works great
and does not have any noise issues. When I use the power brick from the 1st case on the 2nd case the noise disappears.
In turn, using the power brick from the 2nd unit on the 1st immediately introduces the high pitch noise.

How do I get a warranty or claim processed to have a new power brick mailed to me?

Thank you!
