Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

There are pictures and everything about this in the manual section 3.2.1. Preset management.
You can download Pigments manual from here: https://www.arturia.com/products/analog-classics/pigments/resources

Keep in mind that you need to use "Save As" for a factory preset and for presets you will not overwrite.
Pay attention to what you do - and to the text in the windows that pop up.

If this does'nt help, then please provide informations about which preset you are trying to save, and about what you do excactly.

FYI - All Arturia downloads are here: https://www.arturia.com/support/updates&manuals

It's fine here it look like.

How do you search?
Have you selected a category or something?
Have you tried to use "Clear All" (search settings) before you search for the name you have used for your preset?

EDIT: If you have followed the manual, and done everything correct, and it still does'nt work, then you can try to un- and reinstall Pigments. EDIT END

Also, if you don't have this free tool on your desktop (or laptop), you should.  I use it daily.

It's the most fantastic search tool for your entire computer system.  It will index everything on all your drives for you.  After the instant install (really, it takes a few seconds only) Type the name of the preset as you named it, and Everything search will show you where your file is on your system, which can help you figure out where or why things are being saved to the location it is.

From the list, be sure to download the appropriate file for your OS.

64-bit requires the x64 Setup download file (2nd in the list)
32-bit requires the x86 Setup file (1st in the list)

Everything.exe

Hi,

Things to keep in mind when saving

1.Adding your name to the beginning of the preset name will help you.
ex) neroXedge_strings_01

2.Also helping you manage Banks name with your name.
Please add your bank name when saving.
Click the icon of library shelf for your Banks.
After that, if you select your bank name in Banks, all of your presets will be displayed automatically with FILTER pulldown.
Click the icon of library shelf for your Banks. You can find your bank name button.

That function is very convenient.
It will help you throughout your life.
Please use valuable time meaningfully.

You should name the sound bank and then use tags to show your saved presets.
