Can somebody explain the display of Wavetable inconsistencies?
« on: December 29, 2018, 04:40:06 pm »
I don't understand why sometimes the wavetable wave does not show the entire table of waves, and sometimes it does. And it is inconsistent, in that sometimes the wave is moving through the table of shown waves while in others, a single wave will move, and only then does the next wave appear and the previous one disappears while being modulated.

I've looked through the manual, but nothing specifies as to what causes it to be one way or the other.

Anyone know?

Have you read section 5.3.2.4. "Wavetable requirements" in the manual? Does the info there not explain?

It was pointed out to me that I was looking at 2D in some cases vs. 3D.

I just did not "figure it out" while playing with Pigments in real time and switching between presets.

Great if that was it.
