All my V Collection instruments are now no longer activated when I open them.  This has just happened.

I did recently download the trial version of Pigments, and I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the problem. I've since uninstalled Pigments but it hasn't solved the problem.

If I try to reactivate the instruments via ACS, it just shows that everything is already activated, so I'm scratching my head about what to do next.

At the moment I'm left with a 20 minute demo—no ability to save or load anything.

Any ideas about what might be causing this, or any solutions?

Sorry no immediate ideas but if you don't get a prompt reply from the staff here on your thread it's probably worth logging it as an incident.

The issue has been solved (thanks to Amine at Arturia).

I just needed to deactivate all my instruments in ASC and then reactivate them.
