Hard Crash in OSX with AL3
« on: December 18, 2018, 11:57:10 pm »
Using the JUP-8 V3 in OSX.12.6, the AL3 is crashing and causing my MacPro 5,1 to restart. Just to reiterate, my machine is being restarted automatically after AL3 crashes.
The other devices in the signal chain are an iConnectAudio 2+ and the Keylab 61mkII.
This machine is my daily driver and sees a ton of usage outside anything related to audio. In the last 5+years, AL3 is the only software which has caused a reboot.

Crash Report attached.

Thank you.

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

Have you just installed your Arturia applications?
Have you been using it before without issues? How long?
Do you mean, it's when you open the full JUP-8 application inside AL3 using the EDIT feature this happens? It's only when doing this?
Do you run it as standalone application or as a plug-in? Which version?

You can allways try to un- and reinstall applications. That often helps.
