Unable to assemble carry handle and crosses
« on: November 16, 2018, 11:40:35 am »
Hi,
I’m having difficultly assembling the handle and crosses on my new rackbrute 3u. The screw holes don’t seem to be in the correct places and as such the assembled unit does not sit flat on a surface (see photo). Is there a solution to this or can I request replacement parts?

Thanks,

Lewis

Hi Lewis,

It shouldn't be a problem, can you try to unscrew all the screws and then position the handle bar ?
Could you post a picture of the parts that are screwed together please so I can assess the issue ?

Best regards,

Hi Luc,

Thanks for your reply :)

When I remove all the screws and try to position the handle then one of the screw holes is out of alignment. I will post a picture later this evening.

Lewis

Hi again Luc,

Here are some photos where I have tried to align the screw holes while the assembly is resting on a flat surface. As you can see, two holes are aligned but the third is obscured by metal.

Thanks for your help with this problem and I hope it can be resolved quickly.

Regards,
Lewis
