Using Midi Out, does it only follow Seq1?
« on: September 24, 2018, 11:17:16 am »
Hi, I tried using midi out from the BSP for the first time. I usually use the cv outs from each sequence. One sequence's outs going into one synth. The other sequence's outs going into a second synth.

Using the midi out, it seems to trigger the sequence 1 by default. Can you switch it so that it can midi out sequence 2? Or is it doing some sort of combination?

Anyway, thanks for your time.

Check which MIDI channels the two sequencers are set to by pressing and holding the channel button.  Change the channels they are using by pressing the corresponding step button while pressing and holding the channel button.  Ensure the two synths you are connecting the BSP to via MIDI are set to the channels that the sequencers are set to. Do a search for "MIDI basics" using your favourite Internet search engine.
