Slew sequenced using velocity out
« on: April 22, 2018, 11:07:08 pm »
Hi,

I know the BSP has a fixed rate (very quick slide) that you can turn on between steps. I would like something more like the minibrute 2S where you can have variable slide rate per step.

Instead of waiting hoping Arturia implement it, I am going to be proactive. I am going to get one of these:

https://www.befaco.org/en/vc-slew-limiter/

Installed into a doepfer minicase. I am fairly confident if I route the velocity of my sequencer into both the rise and fall cv ins on the belfaco, I should be able to sequence variable slide per step.

Before I cough up for the accessories, can anyone see any problems with this approach?

Arturia, feel free to tell me to hold off if you plan to add this functionality any time soon :)

Mike
