As you can read in the manual section "3.6. Macros and Controller Assignments" on page 37:
"For any of the controls shown in this area you can click on the name of the controller to
see a popup menu of all other available parameters to which that controller can be directed.
This list will depend on the sound you have loaded. So for a synth you will see destinations
like oscillators and envelopes, and for an organ, things like swell or drawbar controls."
Without the full applications you only have access to a limited number of parameters. But for some applications you do have controls over at least one or more envelopes. So it's depend on the application where the preset come from, if you have full control over the attack. Check the drop down list/ pop up menu under your virtuel controls to see which parameters you can control.
