Fader 2 not working properly.

Hello:
I just purchased a KeyLab 88 Black Edition. It is working well except for one problem: Fader 2 is not working with Analog Lab 3.
In all presets all the other Faders and Knobs seem to work properly. Only Fader 2 is not working.

I suspect that it is either a software bug or a KeyLab firmware issue because Fader 2 does control the Master Volume Fader (far left on the screen) on at least one multi patch.

I am just starting the learning curve of midi mapping so I am still finding my way around. I have not studied the Midi Control Center much yet and will dig more deeply into Analog Lab, too.

However, I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue.

I really like the keyboard. Analog Lab 3 is very cool, if a bit buggy.

This problem was resolved by deleting some tmp files!

Here is what I did - thanks to Arturia support for their help.
1) Go to the concerned plugin folder (Analog Lab 3) :
a) Open Finder

b) Press: Cmd + Shift + G

c) Type : /Library/Arturia/

> And click on Go.

d) Select the concerned product and open it's "tmp" folder


2) Once you are in the temp folder, you will see numerous files.

Delete all the ones you can find.
It will reset your plug-in's preferences and potentially solve your issue.
(Please note that it won't harm your installation as these files are automatically re-created on start.)

Everything is working now.
