Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

I hit record and it doesn't record anything. not even on the tracks.
What record buttons excactly do you mean?
Do you use the record button on the keyboard or the main record button in Studio One?
The record button on the track in Studio One is used to armed the track for recording. To record a track you have to engage both this arm record button on the track, and also engage the main record button.
You can read about this in Studio Ones manual.

How have you set up your controller in Studio One?

Do you use Studio One 3 Pro or Artist with third party plugin support add-on?

So you have the plugin support add-on for Studio One Artist?
Can you use other third party plug-ins in Studio One?
Can you use Studio Ones own instruments with your Arturia keyboard?

What excactly do you mean? What troubles? What do you mean by synced?

Can you post a screenshot of the External Devices Setup window in Studio One?
