V Collection and MPE?
« on: December 16, 2017, 09:33:21 pm »
Is Arturia considering the implementation of MPE in the V Collection?
Would be nice to use a Roli Seaboard or Lynnstrument with these great synths.

I would like to see a response from Arturia to the feature request regarding MPE.  V-collection 6.1 has just been released, but I won't be upgrading further until MPE is implemented.  MPE adds so much expressiveness that I won't pay more to continue to do without it.

I second that. MPE support would be so great.
In that manner (for cubase Pro user) implement note expression and hermode tuning -> which should work when you have MPE support!!!!

I second, or third, or fourth, this request also! I am fairly new to Arturia's V Collection, got in at V6. But with a Linnstrument in my tool bag, I will be looking closely at VST devs who adopt MPE and those who don't. C'mon, Arturia, you can do it!!

I too consider MPE for the V-Collection instruments to be the most valuable thing that Arturia could expend time and money on for the future.

Now that I play almost always on my Morph and Linnstrument, the V Collection is functionally obsolete for me.

As much as I love all those classic synth models, I like MPE more, and will rarely if ever go to the V-Collection now when I can use other products that have MPE support.

MPE support is becoming more and more common. About time to catch up eh.

Hi there. Yes, we are considering it.

The following instruments in the V Collection 9 have MPE support:
Augmented STRINGS
Augmented VOICES
MS-20 V
CS-80 V4
Prophet-5 V
Prophet-VS V

For your reference, we have a FAQ article dedicated to MPE Compatibility.
