Arturia Keylab encoders and Logic
« on: July 05, 2021, 09:14:25 pm »
Hi,

I'm new with the Arturia software and more in general with the MIDI world.

I purchased an Arturia Keylab Essential 61 and I'm trying to figure out if there is a way for me to assign the same functions that the Arturia encoders have by default in Analog Lab as when I use the Arturia within the DAW as a plug-in.

Example: when I use a Preset/sound within Analog Lab and I turn the first knob right or left, that affects the brightness parameter. However, if I use Analog Lab as a Logic plugin and I try to move that same knob to alter the brightness of that same preset/sound I was playing with, I cannot do that anymore because that knob controls only panning when in DAW mode.

It would be cool though if I can use those knobs and faders to alter the sound of the preset while recording in the DAW, that's why I'm asking.

So again, is there a way to make the knobs and faders have the same function in Logic as they do when played in Analog Lab stand-alone mode?

Thank you in advance :)
