Hi, I am a New User in Arturia, I just bought Keylab49 Essential.
I use Reason9 as my main DAW but I'm having trouble with Transport button (ex.Stop,Play,Record,Loop...etc)
It doesn't work! T-T
I connected Keylab49 Essential with my iMac (OS Sierra)
Please let me know the way how to use transport buttons.
The seller told me that I can use stop/play button normally with Reason9.... Need Help Please~!

Hi helloyuju,

You have to set a Mackie Control device within Reason. To do sogo to Edit --> Preferences --> Control Surfaces --> Click on Add -- > Select Mackie Control. On Input port chose Keylab Essential DAW In and on the Output port chose Keylab Essential DAW Out.

Unfortunately the DAW Command Center is not optimize to works with Reason so some functions won't work.
As I said on a previous post MCU is a generic protocol but every DAW manufacturer handles it in their own way, meaning that they do not accept the same mapping or they do not support the same features (for example the Save button is not supported in Ableton Live API).
We tried to have a mapping that works for most of them but unfortunately this is not the case for Reason.

I hope it still help.

Regards,

Matthieu
