Faulty Headphone Jacks
« on: June 24, 2018, 10:00:32 pm »
Hi there,

I bought my Audiofuse about 2 weeks ago. Tried to 3,5mm headphone jacks for the first time and noticed there is defective contact for both of them, no matter which cable I try (3,5mm jacks from different headphones). Has anyone noticed the same problem? Should I return my audiofuse?

Hi Parrotzoo, and welcome on this board.
Sorry for the following dumb question but you did you push your 3.5mm entirely in 3.5 connector?
saying this because of the nature of these connectors on the unit, it requires some "extra-pushing" , some people have been tricked with this.
hope this helps,
best,

Hi

Thanks for your swift reply. I tried again, with more different cables and some "extra-push". It's all good, in fact the defect was due to worn out cables, not a faulty headphone jack. Apologies for making a fuzz about it for nothing...

Best regards
