Update drivers to allow for multi client ASIO
« on: August 14, 2017, 04:12:23 pm »
Hi all,
I hope you will be able to implement this rather soon..
For the moment, whenever I compose using a DAW and select the Audiofuse ASIO as the audio, the sound can only be heard from my DAW. No way to hear a sound from outside (launching VLC, or playing a video in a web browser)

This is quite annoying since it forbids any kind of multi tasking, and I systematically have to select a different audio source to restore the sound in other applications, and unplug my headphones to use the system audio!  :'(

Thank you in advance for your help! ;)
Sincerely,
Marma

If you set the audio rate for your default Windows playback device (which should be Audiofuse Master) to be the same rate as ASIO you should be able to play other things while an ASIO application is open.
