Clicks on all drum sounds when Drum Brute is slaving to Ableton

I've updated the DrumBrute firmware to 1.2, but if I change sync to USB and control the DrumBrute from Ableton Live (9.1.4), I get clicks from the audio, the drums are sometimes clipping / chopping up, as though they're being cut off slightly.

Would love to get this sorted, as I will mostly be using the DrumBrute in this way, so if it's not going to play ball it's sort of useless to me.

I'm running Ableton Live on an iMac, with a Focusrite Saffire 56 firewire interface.

Can send audio examples if necessary.

I think the issue may come from your sound card latency setting.
