Does the BSP accept MMC (MidiMachineControl) commands?
« on: June 03, 2017, 09:17:03 pm »
Hi
I would like to remote control the start and stop of the BSP via MMC (Midi Machine Control) commands.
Bescause there are no other ways to let the BSP starts and stop at different and multiple points of my Logic arrangement.
Is there any way to do this by the MMC commands?
Somebody in the Logic Forum supposed this could be working fine (if the BSP recognizes these commands)
thank you for any advise
regards

Yes, it does accept and recognise MMC messages.  It's in the manual.
Currently running https://www.modulargrid.net/e/racks/view/1311723 / www.modulargrid.net, sequencing with KSP and recording with a Zoom (no DAW involved, for better or worse ;) )

Hi guys,
No it does not recognize MMC as input commands. At the moment, the BSP can only send MMC commands (MIDI out and USB). Maybe a future update will allow it as input too (MIDI IN and USB).
