I am recording a sequence on the microbrute directly from Logic Pro X. Connect with USB, put microbrute sequencer into record mode, and hit play on logic pro ( which has a region of midi notes ). Notes get recorded but all timing data is lost.
How to insert a "rest" has been an issue, but I have found that note G8 ( highest note in logic pro grid ) makes no sound on the Microbrute.
Is there an easier way to add a "rest"? A G8 note seems to work but its a bit awkward since its so high up on the grid.
