KeyLab Velocity Curves
« on: March 15, 2017, 05:49:28 am »
This shouldn't be something I'd have to post on the forum about.

What are the velocity curves for the KeyLab (in my case the 61, but I'm sure this is true for all of them)? Setting the curve on the keyboard itself is unbelievably obtuse (simply 1 - 10 --- no explanations what-so-ever). From the MIDI Control Center it's a little better, but - not really.. I can pick "Linear" (okay, that one is obvious), "Exponential #1", "Exponential #2", "Exponential #3", "Logarithmic #1", "Logarithmic #2", "Logarithmic #3", "S-Curve", "Inverted S-Curve", and "Constant". Why are there no visual representations of these curves? That's, like, user interface 1-0-1, first lesson: "Show what you mean".

Where can I find visual representations of these curves?
