Keystep and Korg Volca Keys
« on: January 15, 2017, 05:20:21 pm »
Hi,

I recently got a KeyStep because I was sick of using the Volca Keys' tiny little keyboard. I've been trying to control it using MIDI, and that seems to be working fine, but for some reason whenever I press the 'stop' button the sustain knob on the Volca gets set to 0, and whenever I press the 'record' button the decay/release knob on the volca gets set to 100. Why might this be happening? Does this have something to do with the way I'm using MIDI or something like that? Is there anything I need to set up on the Volca to properly use MIDI and do sequencing from an external controller through MIDI?

Thanks.
