Just received the Keystep today. Had problems right away trying to upgrade the firmware, finally getting it to work with the right combination of turning off the unit and restarting the software and holding my breath.
After the upgrade And having both the BSP and KS running in the software, the BSP sequencer started only playing four notes out of 16 in the sequence. I would empty the sequence and replace with 16 of the same note/velocity/gate and the problem still remained. I had to do a factory reset on the BSP to correct the problem. This happened to me twice today trying to work with both of them using the MIDI Control software.
I'm running a Mac Pro "Tube" with all the latest firmware and software versions. For the immediate future I will not be using both pieces at the same time while using the software. Arturia, I think there's a bug.
