I have two problems with my brandnew KeyLab 49 black and i don't know if this is normal for this series of keyboards or are these real hardware issues.
1. The keybed has one key (lowest C#) which is unresponsive at low velocity, all other keys are fine but this one needs slightly more pressure to trigger notes.
2. Both encoders Param/Category and Value/Preset acting strange, after three or four clicks clockwise the next click jumps not one value like it should, it jumps two values, this happens every third or fourth click and not randomly.
My KeyLab 49 black is brandnew and i have this problems right out box, firmware is the latest 1.33.
