How to enable sustain pedal on certain sounds
« on: June 19, 2016, 04:18:09 pm »
Hello I'm using Analog Lab2 with my Laboratory 49 controller. In Analog Lab2, some sounds have the sustain pedal implemented, others not. For example, on the factory sound "Jumpin" (CS-80), in the edit section, MIDI section, sustain (and bend, AT, Exp, etc.) are all enabled, but the sustain pedal still has no effect. The sustain pedal works fine on other sounds in Analog Lab2. I see no other way to get the pedal working with sounds such as Jumpin where it doesn't seem to be enabled by default?

Hi,

Some applications have had issues with sustain pedal not working. So be sure you are updated.
The Sustain pedal still don't work on CS80. Hopefully it's working on the next update.

CS80 and Matrix don't have sustain pedal hardwired. The settings is part of the preset. So i think you'll need the applications to edit that if you need to. You can use sustain pedal with those in Analog Lab if it's part of the preset. Don't think you can control it at all in Analog Lab for those applications.

I'm up-to-date, it's definitely the CS80 issue. Thanks for clearing that up. Inexplicable, but at least I know why now.
