Help! connecting Analog Lab 2 to Ableton Live Lite 9
« on: May 24, 2016, 10:32:18 pm »
Hi have tried for hours now, searching ang searching for answers, but have not been able to find solution.

How di I connect Analog Lab 2 to Ableton Live Lite 9, so that I can record sounds from Analog Lav to Ableton Live?

Am on MAC, running El Capitan, just got my first MIDI keyboard today (Keylab 49), so completely new to this, so hoping for some help here, thanks.

Hi whc, hope you're fine.
First , sorry if you encounter issues with analog LAB 2 in live lite on osx.
To investigate deeper about your problem , i'd like to know :

- Do you manage to see Analog LAB 2 in your audio units and vst folders in Live ? if not, and if you have correctly installed AL2, here's a link to manage your audio units and vst folders in live ( as you wrote you're completely new to this, maybe it should help)

- What is the processor you have on your mac? 32 or 64 bit? here's a link to know more about it :

hope it helps, we'll going further if not. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Best,

whc

Best,

Thank you, your a lifesaver :), just had to turn on VST in settings and now is is working fine, was driving me crazy searching and searching for a solution, and it turns out to be so simple. Looking forward playing with my KayLab 49 with Analog Lab and Ableton Live Lite 9 :).
