ARP2600 retrig a sound
« on: May 22, 2023, 09:28:28 pm »
Hi,
Well! I'll try to explain my dilema.

I have a patch that i would like to repeat after a key is pressed, until the key is released. So, if I switch the SH GATE from AR env, it works but the sound repeats without keyboard control. Speed of repeating is set by SH RATE. I would like to control de "loop" from the keyboard. A way, would consists to use the sequencer but is there any other way to "trig" repetitively a sound using only the keyboard and of course signal for speed (LFO) ?
Thanks for your help.
Juan

Hello,

Left of the LFO module and below the mono/unison/poly switch there is a switch with the text KBD at the top and AUTO REPEAT at the bottom.
If you set this switch to KBD, then you get a keyboard controlled repeat. The speed of the repeat is set by the LFO SPEED.

Is that what you are looking for?
