I just got a Keystep recently. Tried creating account but unfortunately never got activation email.

Could you guys help out? :)

I see this is an old thread, but I believe I'm having the same issue.

I recently purchased a KeyStep (which I dearly love), but when I tried to create a profile on MyArturia, I never received an activation email. I followed the ask for help link above, but it looks like I have to be signed in to ask a question. When I try to log in, it says "login is unavailable, your action is required," so I'm in the system but there's nothing I can do. 

Thank you for any assistance you can provide

Same here. I tried to create an account, but I haven't received an activation email; I looked through my spam folder and such, still no luck.

Sorry for this inconvenience.

We're actually investigating these issues which should be solved very soon.

I've just activated your accounts from my side and you should be now able to log into it without any problem.

 No confirmation email was ever sent from Arturia. Just got the Keylab 61 and can't register or download the software. Please activate my account. Thanks!

I also didn't receive activation email. I've already written to arturia on Twitter and via contact form on the website and no one is responding.
Is this how you do business? I bought Arturia Keylab 88 MkII and while it's a great product, Arturias customer support is abhorrent. It's completely unacceptable. I want to see this resolved immediately.

Also why did you put these fucking stupid questions on registration and post replies? Why the fuck should I know which company produced Jupiter 8 to use your forum?

Hi and welcome to Arturia forums.

Have you checked your email spam folder? I can't remembere what happend, when i became a member.

Please keep in mind, that if you wan't to make sure to get in contact with Arturia, then you have to contact Arturia support through your account. This forums is'nt official Arturia support.  I'm a user.

Hi! I just purchased a Keystep yesterday and I have not yet received my activation email for the "My Arturia" login. Any customer support link you click on Arturia.com wants you to login.

Dear Arturia Team

I  have the same Problem as some other Users here. I bought an Arturia V Colelction and wanted to create an Account on the Webiste, but i never received an Email Activation Link for my Account so i cant loggin. Yes i checked my Spam i never got an Email. I would appreciate it, if you could solve this Problem so i can  activate my product.
