Okay then, I made an account on Arturia, registered my product by providing my serial number and Unlock code as requested, and now, where is my activation code? I was never presented with screen to retrieve my code and my user manual says that I was supposed to get an email with the code as well. None of that happened, so here I sit with a brand new SPARKLE that runs only in demo mode.
I have sent Arturia a request for help, but after reading the forums about how terrible their customer service is, I'm tempted to rebox this thing and return it. Will I ever get a reply from Arturia about my activation code do you think? Should I bother waiting?
I'm at a total loss as how to proceed and any advice would be appreciated.
