Hi,

Anyone know why my user account may be blocked.

I purchased Jupiter 8V and Prophet V a couple of weeks ago.  All was working fine until this morning and now I get a message indicating that the eLicenser Licence file cannot be found.  I have downloaded the latest eLicenser Management tool and followed the instructions to get the licence files which seem to be recognised.

When I try to reactivate the product(s) the eLicenser requests my user id .. .which for some reason has been blocked.  I have tried to contact support but have had no rply and cannot find a support category for such an incident.

Hoping someone can answer my question ... or someone from Arturia tech support can contact me and help me get this resolved as soon as possible.  I was really enjoying getting to grips with some of the patches on the Jupiter 8V but am a little dissapointed I can't use it at the moment.
