vca2 knob in filter section - what's it for?
« on: August 29, 2015, 11:20:45 pm »
The Filter section has two pots under vca1, vca2. I'm not sure what the use is for the vca2 knob, as it seems to just open it up for all voices to drone. I get the chained aspect of vca1>2, and that mod source can affect/open them up...Just not sure what use that second knob has. Any background, suggestion or philosophy behind it?

Many thanks Jeff

Are the explanation in the Arturia Matrix V manual page 44 not the answers you search?

It's more fleksibel having chained VCA's because of the modulation posibilities.
