A Question for the Arturia Moderator
« on: April 27, 2015, 06:42:07 am »
After having read most of the postings in the Beatstep Forum it seems you are

aware of the problems people are having with latency and the encoder speed.

My question, is the company going to fix the problem.

A simple question.

A simple answer of "Yes, we are." or "No, we are not" is all that's needed.

Thanks

Ok, that's what we all want to here! ::) I think that Arturia employees moderate this Forum? Is that wrong?  :'(

I would ask again: Terrym, could you find one of your co worker who is able to answer the question from allnight and post the answer here? This could be much easier than having n people asking the same question to the Arturia support via eMail. I think that's the idea behind a company driven forum.

Thanks!

Hi , I am not employed by arturia .but as a arturia user for 8 years and have been beta testing for them since spark was released , I'm here to give help to those who need it. i'm not privy to what arturia plan and do with updates unless further testing is required. so i cannot answer your questions.
maybe ben or JB will see your post and help on this one
I mainly use cubase and do not have a problem with beastep but am aware of the latency in ableton
did you check the forum for solutions to this.

regards

terrym
