Sem.V not letting me import user presets!

The title say it all,when I try to import user presets it say's "Error No licenser license found" ???
Im running the latest version(sem.v 1.3.1.9) on osx 10.9.5

EDIT: User error on my part,the free presets I was trying to import were from old versions...

I'm on windows.
Use the latest SEM as you do.
And i can import presets from older SEM versions. Too bad if not, as if not then you can't use your own presets on future updates either. And if you buy presets then they will not work. To me it seems something else is wrong. Either SEM or MAC OS.
You can try a clean reinstall of SEM first. Remember to delete the SEM folder that in windows are in programData. Don't Know about MAC. Also create a backup before deleting that folder. At least of the presets in there.


EDIT:

Just to inform those who maybe read this topic.

After reading a post from Ben Arturia in the jupiter forum about presets under the topic "Strange behaviour of Jupiter 8", it looks like it maybe had something to do with eLicenser encryption, and therfore your solution worked, as i guess your old versions was encrypted, and the new ones not.
