Modular V Sequencer "Mode Output 4" Question (chaining lines)

I have the following 3 sequencer lines:
1: +1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
2: +2 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
3: +3 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

Mode Output "L123" results in the following 24 step sequence:
+1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 +2 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 +3 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

If I understand the manual then "C123" should play the three first steps from the lines then the three second and so on. This should be the 24 step sequence:
+1 +2 +3 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

But instead my Mg Modular V plays:
+2 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 +1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 +3 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
"C321" plays:
+2 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 +3 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 +1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0

Is it a bug in the sequencer, in the manual or in my brain?

Hum you're right their is a bug but C mode means Column not Chain.

C123 should play first step on column 1, 2nd step on column 2 and third on column 3 BUT it actually plays first step on column 2 2nd step on column 3 and third step on column 1.

All C mode are just delayed by one with means that :

Mode C123 = 231
Mode C321 = 213
Mode C12 = 21
Mode C13 = 31
Mode C23 = 32
.......testing.......

Thank you for the quick response.
Knowing now the behavior of the sequencer I can modify the lines.
But the manual at page 87 ("... We just need to wait for 3 impulses at every step, to alternatively have lines 1,2 and 3 of each of the steps. The functioning is the same on positions “C321”, “C12”, “C13” and “C23”. ...") seems to describe the sequence is going column by column at every step.

Yes that's what I was describing in my poor english....
The sequence is going column by column at every step and  “C321”, “C12”, “C13” and “C23” is the order each column is played.
But here there is a bug as C123 is interpreted as C231,C321 as C213 ....
