spark no longer connecting
« on: February 19, 2015, 03:16:43 pm »
for some reason spark has decided to stop connecting i have no idea why
before i start getting asked stupid questions i have not made any changes to computer
i am connected via a psu for power it has all worked perfectly(if you can call the software perfect) for the past 2 years so there should be no reason why it suddenly refuses to work
i have uninstalled it and reinstalled to see if that would help even going as far back as 1.7 as none of the versions were working
the unit powers on
the software loads
connection fails also lets say if you load software with out using the unit well this isnt working no sounds or anything
is there any way of doing a factory reset on this thing

Spark Hardware is not recognized by my computer.

If you are not able to connect Spark,

First, go to "Setup" / "Audio & MIDI settings"

Make sure the "Audio Device type" is NOT "none".
this bit says asio
below that device it says none
midi output says spark controller
there is an option for midiout2 spark controller do i change it to this
