ASC Crashes

I still can't open ASC.  It crashes my Late 2009 iMac with 10.10.1 (14B25)
I paid for new V Collection weeks ago and still can't use any of it on my iMac.

ASC works but all plugins crash upon starting

The ASC installed ok but now the installed Analog lab crashes
