I should have known better...
After demoing Matrix 12, I decided to pull the trigger on the V4 upgrade, with the idea to dig further in this synth without demo limitations. Doing so despite my not so good experiences with Arturia in the past.
Payment made...and nothing. Have to search here and there, try a couple things, before coming to the conclusion that something went wrong with Arturia,s automated system, I suppose.
And here I am again, spending/wasting precious time doing something else than music when I pull the Arturia card.
Sorry guys, but this is getting old.
Only you, Arturia.
