Is it Too late for the Spark/V collection deal?
« on: June 28, 2012, 04:35:27 pm »
HI all

to get the deal of the free V collection with the purchase of a Spark it says I have to register the Spark by Jun 30th, does that mean Im too late to take advantage of this offer?
Because by the time the Spark gets here it will be well after Jun 30th :(

So, what was the answer?  I am wondering the same thing. It's unclear since every store website says buy before June 30. Thanks!

the retailer I bought from, Hello Music, said they talked with Arturia and it's OK, as long as it was purchased prior to the end of the promotion. I just now registered Spark and received a V collection serial, but no download.

@Riley333 and dixie237

You don't need an individual download link.
Just go to the downloads section on the Arturia website and download the latest version of each of the single synths that are part of the V-Collection 2.

Home > Downloads > Updates

That's it!

Thanks very much Manuel, Í've been looking everywhere for a download link too!

Does anyone have a list of what V-Collection should contain just so I know which updates to download?

I assume it's not the V-Collection 2 listed here http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/products/v-collection/intro.html

"The luxury box contains the highly awarded MiniMg V, Mg Modular V, CS-80V, ARP2600 V, Prophet V, the Prophet VS and the Jupiter 8-V. On top of that we have added the brand new Analog Laboratory to make the package even more complete."

I assume it's not the V-Collection 2 listed here http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/products/v-collection/intro.html

What do you think it is? A spaceship or an alien? Maybe you should read the content of the page before guessing to much!

;D thanks Manuel. I did read that but thought it might be an earlier version of V-collection that was being given away as not all of those instruments are available to download on the update page.

Would have been good if Arturia had just supplied the full download link with the activation code!

I got the same deal but haven't registered the Spark or V-Collection, since Arturia just released V-Collection 3.  If there's an upgrade path from V-Collection 2 to 3, then I'll register, but if there isn't I'll return the package to HelloMusic.  I don't really need the Spark hardware; I have Maschine.

After I hit to register with my Serial and Unlock Code, mine said "Hybrid Madness SPECIAL OFFER. Get your V Collection free. V Collection information will be displayed next step." I hit next and I was never sent a V-Collection serial? Neither was one displayed to me on the next page, only that my SPARK registration was successful.

Can't you download it from the Demos page? There's no difference, except it will send you a demo serial that times out. Just don't use the serial.
