Analog Experience The Laboratory Aftertouch inop.
« on: November 27, 2011, 09:30:08 am »
Has ANYONE been able to verify if their Aftertouch is working on their 49 key AEL board?  I figured for a while that a lot of my VSTi synths just didn't have it used...turns out a few DO have it turned on but this keyboard isn't sending Aftertouch messages at all (verified by monitoring the USB MIDI output using MidiOx).

I've submitted a tech request - but my last one from August still hasn't been answered, so I'm hoping perhaps someone here (Antoine?) can help.

There is a possibility that Midi Control Center botched things up when I did a reset a few months back.  I've tried setting the AT Curve anywhere from 00 to 10 - doesn't make a difference.  Is there another setting inside that needs to be checked/verified?

Thought I would post a follow-up to this.

After contactig Arturia support and a few emails detailing possible settings, etc. it was determined that the keyboard was defective.  I returned it to Arturia US and received a replacement which so far seems to be working great.  :-)

Thank you Arturia!
