Encoder #4 is dead. No reaction at all. I don't know what the problem is. The controller isn't sending any MIDI information via this knob.

Still no answer! Are you really reading support requests or do you just delet them or mark them as spam? Case number 102075 is still open but no one reacted yet.

Okay, now that Arturia (or maybe some one else) was able to solve this problem, I found the next BUG!
