No Activation Code

Hi - new product purchased and installed on Mac OS X 10.6.6 Macbook pro. Installed correctly but when I try to obtain a license - using the correct product, serial numer and unlock code and confirm on the next page - Safari can't p[em the page. I have tried to change the Proxi settings with a bypass *.arturia.net - but still no access to the eLicenser activiation code.

The server where the page is located is not responding.

Can you suggest a next step or are you conducting maintanance?

Thanks for your help - a little frustrating to buy the first Aturia product and not being able to register a license - so I cannot access the Tech Support!

Safari can’t open the page “http://www.arturia.net:8080/arturia/RegisterPlugin_newbase_v2.jsp” because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING THAT I CAN AND THIS IS REALLY STARTING TO GET TO ME>>>>

MIGHT GET ON A PLANE AND SEE THE GUYS IN FRANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!

You might say  that regular support inquiry has been processed - but I am still waiting for a response to this question since we contacted you.

 Very disapointed with this.

I can promise you that we have several pc's and Mac's here and various persons have tried, including cahnging proxie settings etc.......

Still nothing and and still no support.

Your message was sent to the Sales Dept from the web contact page, the guys transmitted to Tech Support desk, I sent you an email by the 28th of February.

To register your synths, please connect under your account, go to the "My Registered Products", click the [Add] button, enter your Serial and Unlock numbers.
Would you need additional information and screenshots, please refer to your User's Manuals.

We seem to be getting nowhere with this.

Still unable to access the authorisation code as indicated in page 17 of the user's manual.

I have replied to your email and still no reply - screen shoots are unnecessary. We have tried to connect under the account and registered product page and "ADD". We are unable to recover the authorisation code.

We are not new to the industry and have experience with computers. It would appear that the card in the front of the user's manual is erroneous.

We replied to your email and are still waiting for a reply.

We would appreciate a response from you - perhaps it is better to call France on Monday morning or return the product to the retailer.

I was connected under my account, etc (Antoine, 3 march)
tried also in different computers, different browsers (safari, firefox, explorer)...
same answer (see Braxach, 27 feb).

ANTOINE - I would love to but how can I as I do not have a product registered.

It would be so nice just to have a chat to fix this.

I have also installed firefox to try and nothing...............

My Analog Factory is still a paperweight.
