I have the same problem. A few month a third person (not Arturia) gave me the .dpm file and since i own the licence it worked just fine. But now i cant find it and Arturia stoped replying my messages (they went from replying the same day, to not replying at all) and im loosing a lot of work, since i used a lot this plugin. i hope this guys pay some attention to their costumers. i love Arturias sound, but the costumer service is giving a lot to talk about.
PD: Antoine: what happened??? i still waiting for my (already paid) product...
