can't get my licence after my pc crashed.

hi guys,i have  a problem.

i just had to reinstall my xp and cant get my aaf back to work. The elicencer always tells me the licence isallready in use. I checked a bit the topics but cant find an answer what i have to do. Did i have to buy a usb dongle, and if yes, where can i buy it in germany.

Hi Lagora,
The activation is to be used only once, i.e. it turns obsolete once used.
I presume you should rather ask for some direct intervention, from your account (the "Technical Support inquiry" button).
