Effects not working in 2.2.1

I just upgraded from 2.0 to 2.2.1 today and now find that the delay and chorus knobs do nothing at all. I've searched the forums to see if it's a known issue but no luck.  Can anyone help?

I have the same problem, but only in the delay knob... Yesterday I open Cubase, load another VST instrument and the knob work perfect...

is a problem of AFE configuration? a bug?

I submitted a technical support re this issue on 29th April and received a reply from Antoine stating that this was a known issue which would be addressed shortly. That was 2 whole months ago and there is still no update on this problem. It's a real pain please sort it out!!!!
