Origin startup

Why once I start up the Origin it brings the message about firmware upgrade on its screen and refers to Origin Connect?? How to start it so it works normally?

And the connection to Origin Connect is also working somehow strange, it doesn't load any presets from sinth. But it shows that Origin is connected.

Transparency is not always needed, nor even wished: there are also privacy imperatives, elements that are not intended to be publicly revealed (user name, machine S/N, software license number, activation codes, etc).
When I suspect a question to be answered with a more-than-generic response, or must be deeper investigated, the Technical Support must take over.
Hope everyone will understand that.

Unfortunately no solution yet.
I might have got buggy device :-\
I have explained my situation to service guy by email, so waiting if he knows any solution.
