analog factory doesn't start & crashes cubase
« on: July 12, 2008, 08:55:38 pm »
i got a.f. for free by "buy 1 get 1 for free". it worked for one 1 or 2 hours. than cubase 4 crashes & the computer rebooted. since this time i can't start a.f. in the daw or as standalone, although the license control center recognize the key & reads the a.f. 1.0 license.
what is to do?

thanx

Have you tried to send a message to Arturia from their support page? . Anyway , don't hesitate in uninstall and install again , this should not affect your license . After this , maybe you'll need to activate AF in Cubase's VSTI list ( devices' menu ) or even take it off the " black list " . Search in Steinberg's knowledge base for the procedure .
